Terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations

1. General Refund Principles

Proof of Purchase

All refund and exchange requests must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, such as an order number, invoice, or receipt.

Original Payment Method

All approved refunds will be processed and credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot issue refunds to a different card or bank account.

Processing Time

Once a refund request is approved, the processing time for the refund to appear on your statement may vary depending on your bank or credit card company. Please allow for 5-10 business days for the transaction to be completed.

Non-refundable Items

The following items are generally non-refundable:

  • Services that have been fully rendered
  • Customized or personalized solutions
  • Products sold as "final sale"
  • Third-party products or services

2. Technical Products & Software

This section applies to one-time purchases of digital products and software licenses.

Refund Window

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund for a technical product or software.

Eligibility Criteria

A refund will only be considered if the product has a significant defect or is non-functional, and our technical support team is unable to resolve the issue within 72 hours after the issue is reported.

  2. Provide a clear description of the technical issue, including screenshots, error logs, or any other relevant information
  3. Work with our support team to attempt to resolve the issue. If we cannot fix the problem, your refund request will be evaluated
  4. Upon approval, you will be required to uninstall the software and confirm that all copies have been deleted
Non-eligible Circumstances:

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Buyer's remorse or "change of mind"
  • Incompatibility issues due to your system not meeting the minimum requirements
  • Loss of data or functionality caused by user error or third-party interference
  • Products that have been downloaded, activated, and are functioning as described

3. Services & Consulting

This section applies to professional services, such as consulting, development, and implementation projects.

Cancellation Before Commencement

You may cancel a service or consulting engagement for a full refund if the cancellation request is received at least 5 business days before the scheduled start date of the project.

Refunds During a Project

Fees for services are generally non-refundable once work has begun. However, in cases of a project cancellation initiated by He5 Solutions due to our inability to deliver, a partial refund will be considered, prorated based on the percentage of work completed.

4. Subscriptions & Recurring Services

This section applies to all subscription-based services and plans.

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time. The cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for a partial month of service.

Annual Subscriptions

15-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are on an annual subscription and cancel within the first 15 days of your initial purchase or a renewal, you are eligible for a full refund.

After 15 Days: After the 15-day window, annual subscription fees are non-refundable. Your access to the service will continue until the end of the paid annual term.

Our team will review your request based on the criteria outlined in this policy. We will contact you within 3-5 business days to let you know the status of your request.

Refund credit timeframe:

Post approval, we will process the refund within 03 business days and it will be credited to the original payment method within 05 business days
