All approved refunds will be processed and credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot issue refunds to a different card or bank account.
Once a refund request is approved, the processing time for the refund to appear on your statement may vary depending on your bank or credit card company. Please allow for 5-10 business days for the transaction to be completed.

Fees for services are generally non-refundable once work has begun. However, in cases of a project cancellation initiated by He5 Solutions due to our inability to deliver, a partial refund will be considered, prorated based on the percentage of work completed.

Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time. The cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for a partial month of service.
15-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are on an annual subscription and cancel within the first 15 days of your initial purchase or a renewal, you are eligible for a full refund.
After 15 Days: After the 15-day window, annual subscription fees are non-refundable. Your access to the service will continue until the end of the paid annual term.
